1st and 2nd shift Available | Monday–Thursday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sunflower Elevator Operators for a food/ag production company in Crookston, MN. In this role, you’ll support daily production operations, help keep equipment running efficiently, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Assist with operating and maintaining production line equipment
• Support daily production schedules and step in during Operator II absences when needed
• Load and unload tandem trucks and monitor grain storage and bin status
• Bag 25–50 lb. sunflower product continuously
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Complete required production and safety paperwork accurately
• Maintain high sanitation, food safety, and GMP standards

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in dusty or non-climate-controlled environments
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Forklift and tandem truck experience a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
