Overview
Entry Level Package Technician $23.46 with training and progression to $38.95 based on experience and performance. Rotating 12‑hour shift schedule. On day one, employees receive medical, dental, 401(k) match, pension, and a comprehensive benefits package.
ResponsibilitiesThe technician safely performs basic equipment care, mobile equipment maintenance, and operates industrial packaging lines while providing equipment support. Duties also include sanitation, dust abatement, food safety inspections, documentation, and understanding of equipment operating principles and fundamentals.
Physical & Cognitive Requirements- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively and be trained in emergency evacuation procedures.
- Understand all current GMPs, safety rules, procedures, and SDS information for the packaging area and food product packaging.
- Work in environments that may exceed 85 dB noise and have airborne sugar dust varying from light to heavy.
- Work outdoors with temperature variations from cool to moderately hot.
- Wear personal protective equipment, including properly fit‑tested dust respirators.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must pass a Safety Screen evaluating ability to safely execute position duties.
- Read and write in English to comprehend technical literature, reference material, and SDS information.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and PPE equipment.

- Package Technician III – $25.89
- Package Technician II – $30.39
- Package Technician I – $37.82
$22.73 – $38.95 per hour.
