WAF – Crookston is seeking an experienced CNC Set Up Technician to join our Machine Shop team. You will set up CNC mills and lathes for production runs, install tooling and program offsets, and read blueprints to ensure quality parts.
The role requires an associate degree in machining, 3–5 years of setup experience, and strong communication. We offer competitive pay, a discretionary bonus up to 5%, and comprehensive health and disability benefits.
