Job DetailsLocation:
501 E Front St, Larimore, ND 58251, USA
Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am (12‑hour overnight shift)
Schedule:
Full time, 36‑hour week with rotating 36/48‑hour weeks, includes alternate weekends and holidays
Salary: $32.50 – $48.00 per hour (starting at $32.50) plus $25,000 sign‑on bonus ($12,500 after 60 days)

- Provide professional nursing care to residents across all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Perform assessments, administer medications or treatments as ordered, and document resident interactions and outcomes.
- Recognize resident problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations.
- Administer testing to evaluate resident status and provide necessary care.
- Support healthcare professionals and maintain effective interdisciplinary communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and counsel residents, families, and advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of resident self‑care programs.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a licensed practical nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota.
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
- At least 400 hours of supervised LPN experience or prior LPN employment at another facility.
- Complete any required departmental competencies, certifications, and regular continuing education units (CEU).
- If IV therapy/management is required: graduation from a Board‑approved AASPN program with IV curriculum or completion of an IV therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
- Maintain an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board and/or possess multi‑state licensure privileges.
