River View Health in Crookston, MN seeks an RN Ortho-Spine Navigator for the Clinic (0.8 FTE). Hours are 8:00am–4:30pm with rotating weekends (about 4 per year). Department:
Clinic. Salary range: $42.32–$54.75 per hour, based on experience.
The Navigator collaborates with the Spine team to optimize pre/post-op care, facilitates care coordination, and serves as a liaison among surgeons, PCPs, and other departments to ensure patient needs are met.
