Compensation
Pay Range: $11.41 - $20.30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Responsibilities- Greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to parts specialists.
- Check out customers purchasing front‑floor merchandise in a quick and friendly manner; handle merchandise returns efficiently.
- Act as main shop‑lifting deterrent and front‑floor security.
- Keep the front area stocked and fronted; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays.
- Complete sales preparation and keep the display floor full, clean, and fronted daily.
- Make display changes and out‑front price changes according to company guidelines and planograms.
- Ensure all “sale” signs and flyer racks are stocked; maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.
- Remove all sale material when the sale ends and restore original pricing.
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
- Work with the manager to complete the store To‑Do List and Team Weekly tasks.
- Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
- Clock in and clock out according to company policy.
- Assist express lane when the counter is busy, finishing tickets and handling payments.
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience (desired).
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages;
