Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Installation Technician
The Electrician performs and/or assists in all factory, agricultural and operations maintenance activities. All work is done in accordance with National, State and Local Electrical Codes. The role includes setting an effective pace and minimizing interruptions in the process and agricultural operations, training non-licensed personnel to assist in electrical licensing, repairing, replacing, and installing new generators online, and using the Company’s computerized maintenance management system (SAP) to record and access maintenance information.
Additionally the electrician programs, troubleshoots, and operates programmable controllers, distributive control systems, and interlocking systems.
- High School diploma or GED certificate required.
- Journeyman’s Class A license required.
- Master’s license preferred.
- Must stay current with technical knowledge and licensing requirements.
- Must be able to work with up to 12,470 volt 3-phase equipment and switch gears as well as lower voltages in both single and 3-phase.
- Must possess or obtain forklift certification.
- Must successfully pass a Safety Screen evaluating ability to safely execute duties and tasks.
$36.13 - $42.42 per hour
