We are seeking a reliable and hands-on
Warehouse Lead
to oversee daily shop operations, keep our inventory structured, and ensure our shop floor and fleet remain organized and operational.
- Inventory Restructure & Control:Reorganize and optimize warehouse inventory layout, labeling, and accurate stock tracking.
- Shop Upkeep & Maintenance:Oversee day-to-day shop operational standards, routine facility care, and equipment readiness.
- Fleet Management:Coordinate regular vehicle inspections, track basic maintenance schedules, and keep transport assets ready for operation.
- Cleanliness & Organization:Maintain high standards of shop cleanliness, safe working conditions, and orderly material and tool storage.
- Proven hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shop coordination, or inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to organize physical spaces and restructure inventory systems effectively.
- Ability to manage basic fleet inspection routines and maintenance schedules.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe shop floor.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Proven hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shop coordination, or inventory management.
