Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax is seeking a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to lead end-to-end efficiency, reliability, and sustainability improvements across our energy generation and supply operations. In this senior leadership role, you will design and execute optimization strategies for plants, logistics, and commercial value streams, leveraging data, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Partnering closely with engineering, trading, and supply chain teams, you will deliver measurable reductions in cost and carbon while safeguarding safety, compliance, and asset performance.
