• Manufacture Electrical Equipment:
  Assemble, test, and package electrical equipment used in utility‑scale solar projects, ensuring all items meet company and industry standards.
• Quality Control:
  Perform detailed quality checks at every stage of the production process to ensure all electrical equipment meets rigorous quality and safety standards. Report and troubleshoot defects or issues.
• Attention to Detail:
  Follow technical specifications and engineering diagrams with precision to ensure accurate assembly and function of electrical systems.
• Adhere to Safety Standards:
  Ensure all work is completed according to company safety guidelines and best practices, maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with Team:
  Work closely with production supervisors and other team members to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Document Production:
  Maintain records of production processes, test results, and materials used. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain Equipment:
  Keep tools and equipment in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to supervisors.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Participate in training and initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and processes; suggest improvement opportunities when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications in electrical or manufacturing fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly, preferably in electrical or solar‑related industries.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time in a production environment.

• Must comply with safety requirements (e.g., clean‑shaven, long sleeves, steel‑toe boots).
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces; lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads); stand or walk for extended periods.

Premier PV provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule. Premier PV reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

• $18–$20/hr
• Competitive hourly range, based on experience and qualifications.
