About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Nightingale at Stonegate, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. You will develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences, and promote a positive and respectful environment.
