Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Nightingale at Stonegate, a premier healthcare provider in Ashley County, Arkansas, United States. • Provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring each resident receives individualized attention and care
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and facility policies

• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other medical treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and uplifting environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Arkansas
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends; flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
