We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As an LPN at Nightingale at Stonegate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
• Perform vital signs and other assessments as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and services
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Current LPN license in the State of Arkansas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred
