Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback;
Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing PL statements and managing budgeting and expenses;
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through training and mentoring;
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs;
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and promote ethics and integrity
