AR​/Payroll Specialist

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling payroll and billing responsibilities?

We're looking for a dependable professional who understands that accuracy matters. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, follows processes carefully, and knows when to elevate to management before they become larger problems.

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable activities
• Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and missing hours
• Communicate with employees regarding payroll questions
• Follow up on outstanding payments and account balances
• Maintain confidential employee and financial records
• Escalate payroll, billing, or collection concerns to management promptly
• Support administrative and accounting functions as needed

• Payroll or accounting experience preferred
• Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
