JOB REQUIREMENTS- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Physical Demands:
- Standing:
Tasks are performed from a standing position. Work surfaces are between 36 and 48 inches high. - Walking:
For short distances and short durations. - Sitting:
Paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries are unloaded twice a week or more. Items can weigh up to 50 pounds and may be stacked on shelves up to 72 high. - Carrying:
Items such as large cans (3 lb 7 oz) and pizza sauce (30 lb) are moved. Trays of dough (≈ 12 lb each) may be carried three at a time. - Pushing/Pulling:
Trays on dollies (24‑30 trays) require a force up to 7.5 lb. - Climbing:
Occasional stair or ladder use for maintenance or sign changes. - Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at the waist at the assembly station; duration 30‑45 seconds continuously. - Crouching/Squatting:
Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. - Reaching:
Continuous reaching up, down, and forward. This includes reaching above 72 inches for oven controls and down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal. - Hand Tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination is essential. Frequent use of forearms, wrists, and fingers for dough, peel, cutter, and box assembly.
