Assembler
Mon-Fri | 7a-3:30pm | Full-Time
Crossville, TN

We are seeking a dependable and very detail-oriented assembler to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components, following production specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications
-Work with extremely small and precise components and parts
-Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively
-Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
-Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Report production issues or defects to supervisors promptly
-Support team production goals and meet daily productivity expectations
-Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Requirements:
-Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
-Extreme attention to detail is required; some parts handled are as small as 2.92 millimeters
-Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with delicate components
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-Basic mechanical aptitude
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
-Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
