As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly.
• Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Assisting in the implementation of preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment failures and breakdowns.
• Collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Contributing to a safe and clean working environment by following proper procedures and protocols.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a four-day on, four-day off work week schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage.
