Med Surg Tele Weekend requirement:
Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month

Certs required: BLS, NIHSS (can be obtained after offered), Color Blind Testing, ACLS preferred

Float required | No On-Call | Patient Ratio 1-6 OR 1-12 WITH TEAM NURSINGTravelers requesting time off (RTO) during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated. This policy applies to the following holidays:
