Travel Nurse Source , in partnership with Titan Medical Group, is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week assignment in Crossville, Tennessee (38555). The role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience; travel experience is not required. This night shift offers 3 x 12-hour rotations and a competitive weekly pay package.
Active RN licensure in Tennessee and ACLS/BCLS/BLS certifications are required. Start date is August 24, 2026, with ongoing support from the agency to ensure a smooth travel
