We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
Position Overview:Registered Nurse (RN)
As an RN
, you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met through individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environmentAssess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progressAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocolsCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansProvide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulationsFoster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residentsSupervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care deliveryQualifications:Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseStrong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCompassionate, patient-focused approach to careCurrent BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plusBenefits:
