Thursday 10a-2p/Friday through Sunday 6a-6p = 40 hours/full time

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at Hilltoppers, Inc. support and encourage individuals to reach their goals, build relationships, develop life skills, and become independent along the way!

• Nursing Skills (trach, feeding tube, oxygen administration, finger sticks, etc.)
• Household Management (cooking, cleaning, general upkeep of a home)
• Personal Care (bathing, assistance with eating, toileting, lifting)
• Financial Planning (bill paying, money management)
• Achieving Goals (employment, life skills, social interaction)
• Medication Administration
• Promoting Health and Wellness
• Community Activities (fun events, grocery shopping, medical appointments)
• Driver License (ability to obtain F-endorsement after hire) will use company vehicle for transportation needs of those supported
• Accurate documentation and communication skills
• Basic computer skills to complete required documentation
• Time Management
• Positive Attitude with a team approach

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid TN Driver’s License (ability to obtain F-endorsement)
• Successfully pass Drug screening and Criminal Background Check
• Valid Nursing License
