Property Maintenance Helper in Crossville, TN
We manage 60 rental properties in the area and are looking for a skilled, hands-on Property Maintenance Helper. (You will work with the company's Manager daily)
Must Live On Site (Will be a 2 bed 2 bath Home)
• Dunlap, TN 37327
- Drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry
- Mow, trim, and maintain yards
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance issues
- Prepare empty units to be ready for new tenants
- Home provided – $1,200/month
- Free electricity – $350/month
- Free water – $100/month
- Company cell phone – $55/month
- Additional pay – $1,300/month
- Total: $2,960/month (~$18.50/hr)
- Must have your own tools
- Flexible schedule Monday–Saturday
- Experience in property maintenance required
- Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug test
