Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Diesel Pickup Truck Technician for a busy and growing shop in the Crossville area. If you can diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas-powered pickup trucks with minimal supervision, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to work and earn competitive pay.
Pay: $15-$25 per hour Based on experience and skill level
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel engines
- Troubleshoot fuel systems and electrical systems
- Replace injectors and perform engine repairs
- Service brakes and suspension components, including control arms, tie rods, wheel bearings, and ball joints
- Remove and install engines and transmissions
- Mount and balance tires
- Safely operate lifts and shop equipment
- Perform a wide variety of general mechanical repairs
- Extensive hands-on experience with gasoline and diesel pickup trucks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience working on Dodge, Chevrolet, GMC, and Ford pickup trucks
- Must have basic hand and power tools
- Welding experience is a plus but not required
