Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:- Directly supervises Administrative Coordinator 3 employees by providing training, coaching, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Assigns, monitors, and reviews staff workloads to ensure assignments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develops and completes Continuous Performance Management plans, employee evaluations, and related supervisory documentation.
- Reviews and approves employee leave requests and monitors attendance and performance in accordance with departmental policies.
- Addresses staff disputes, client complaints, and conflicts related to participation in assigned programs.
- Reviews applications, forms, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
- Serves as a liaison among staff, clients, management, and other organizational units while coordinating office administrative needs, including supplies, purchase requisitions, and time administration.
