Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager for Crowley Independent School District
, in Crowley, Texas. The right candidate should be a strategic leader who will be responsible for driving student engagement, brand execution, and marketing excellence across the district. This role partners closely with operations teams to align marketing strategies with district goals, supporting growth, satisfaction, and participation.

- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive student engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with operations to align marketing strategies with business goals and optimize performance through data insights.
- Lead implementation of national brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and local relevance across all school levels.
- Build strong relationships with school and community stakeholders, representing marketing in client engagements and driving retention.

What You Bring- School operations experience preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in matrixed organizations and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.
