We are looking for an FP&A Managerto join our team

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with actionable insights
  • Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for growth opportunities
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of [#] analysts (if applicable)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus)
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (experience with [insert tool, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Insights, is a plus])
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
  • At least 2 years leading a team
