Financial Solutions Advisor - Stonegate

Bank of America seeks a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

• Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Manage risk as part of daily activities and mitigate risk.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and potential product services.

• Current holder of Series7 &66 licenses (or 63&65 in lieu of 66); if lacking 66, must pass within 60 days.
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and goal‑setting skills.
• Proficiency in regulatory due diligence and experience with SAFE Act registration.

• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• At least three years of experience in the financial service or sales industry.
• Additional professional designations such as CFP and/or CRPC.
• Insurance licenses.
