The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Crowley, TX area for the school year
. This is a full‑time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.

• $53-$55 per hour

• School Year: August 10, 2026 - June 4, 2027
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Onsite services only

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
• Train, coach, and mentor school staff
• Supervise staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
• Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
• Travel between school sites as needed

• Pre‑K through Grade 12
• General Education and Special Education settings
• Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Emotional Disturbance (ED)
• Other Health Impairments (OHI)
• Medically fragile students
• Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
• Typical caseload includes 50-75 students receiving behavioral support
  , with approximately 8-15 intensive behavior cases requiring FBAs

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
