Description
This position is responsible for the overall client relationship and project execution from the development and review of the estimate to project completion and closeout.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Oversees project organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
- Establishes customer deadlines as determined by the Scope of Work and ensures customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy, and communication.
- Provides accurate estimates for needed supplies, manpower, resources, etc. for projects as required.
- Make accurate and timely budget projections to meet the needs of the budget without exceeding budgetary restraints.
- Formulates reports regarding work progress, costs, and scheduling.
- Manages communication of expectations for project goals to all internal and external personnel and documents actual results.
- Tracks project milestones and tasks to report to management.
- Works closely with subcontractors and employees on job sites to confirm quality and timeliness of work.
- Accountable for completing invoicing at end of project completion, timely and accurately.
- Responsible for team/department financial reporting and managing financial impacts to achieve company goals.
- Continuous process improvement.
- Establishes uniform procedures for all subordinate staff.
- Participates in the recruitment process of all newly hired employees within this department.
- Trains all newly hired employees within the customer accounts / contract department.
- Conducts recurring departmental business information meetings.
- Completes and communicates performance appraisals to all department employees.
- Meets key performance indicator (KPI) requirements as outlined by Director & VP.
- Executes job responsibilities with the drive to creating raving fan customers.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience with large customer interface preferred.
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
