Job Functions- Operate Doosan CNC machines with FANUC controls to manufacture components according to specifications and industry standards
- Work in a climate-controlled, clean manufacturing environment with a safety and ergonomic mindset
- Use industry-standard measurement tools, gages, and specs to ensure internal quality standards of 99.6%
- Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines as needed to ensure efficient operation
- Manage tool offsets, machine load, and tool life management to maximize efficiency and meet cost goals
- Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize waste
- Utilize cell-based software to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency and quality
- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize downtime; participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CNC machining
- Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting problems
- Willingness to work night shift Monday to Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
- Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role: lift up to 70 pounds as needed
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
Compensation up to $30.00 per hour depends on experience and years of service.
Standard background check and drug testing is required.
