This position is responsible for serving customers by providing service information and resolving service issues in a timely manner by phone and/or email.

- Manage work orders and client relationships alongside teammates and leadership, including reviewing proposals.
- Provide support to team members on service scope and client inquiries.
- Assist with daily reporting and updates, collaborating with Account Managers.
- Develop positive client relationships, handling minor escalations.
- Manage work orders, including higher visibility tasks.
- Ability to manage client calls when Account Manager II and/or Senior Account Manager are not available.
- Demonstrate higher-level output and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two to Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in Exterior Services and/or Facilities Maintenance a plus.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.

Requirements Work Environment /Physical Requirements:

This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery.
Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to read and understand work instructions.
