• Wear floor savers in client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Ensure the job was completed correctly and eliminate unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explain services performed to the client upon completion, ensuring client satisfaction with all work
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

• A tradesmen license is required to operate their own truck
• A utility endorsement allows the Technician to operate a truck doing drain cleaning, and some installs and be eligible for our bonus program and spiffs
• Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically have install crews and field manager opportunities

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $ per year
