Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Crown Point, IN. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, promoting Payroll Vault's services, and achieving sales targets. Primary tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients through various communication channels, presenting products or services, and providing excellent customer service to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation and conversion strategies
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems or the ability to quickly learn Payroll Vault's advanced technology and services
- Goal-oriented mindset with the capability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Previous experience in sales, payroll, or customer service is an advantage
