This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an FTZ Specialist based in Crown Point, IN. As an FTZ Specialist, you will manage Foreign Trade Zone operations, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and perform routine monitoring of imports and exports. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include preparing reports, handling customs documentation, monitoring inventory accuracy, and maintaining processes that meet regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant operations within the FTZ environment.
Qualifications- Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ), U.S. Customs regulations, and import/export compliance laws
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and inventory management
- Attention to detail and expertise in regulatory documentation and customs brokerage processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in software systems for FTZ operations or inventory tracking is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in logistics or trade compliance is beneficial
