HSE Specialist

What You Will Do

• Field Work:
  Conduct field-based risk assessments and prepare clear, data-driven reports with practical mitigation recommendations to improve safety performance and ensure regulatory compliance. Execute HSE initiatives and programs that protect employees and strengthen operational safety.
• Program Management:
  Partner with senior HSE leadership to develop, enhance, and maintain key health and safety programs in alignment with Panduit’s Health & Safety Manual and applicable regulations. Implement program updates and ensure ongoing compliance across all operations.
• Training:
  Lead engaging, in-person training and certification programs that build safety capability across the organization. Review and refine training content to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business needs.
• Projects:
  Support and lead special HSE projects across domestic and international sites, identifying and mitigating safety, environmental, and security risks while contributing to broader business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma required;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2-4 years in health safety environmental capacity, manufacturing, production, medical.
• Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience leading teams with multiple direct reports.
• Certification: ISO
  9000 Lead Auditor.

• Compensation:
  The expected annual base salary range is $55,000-$68,000. Salaries are based on qualifications, experience, and market considerations.
