Millenium Construction is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in an in-office role. The Project Manager will oversee the administrative and operational aspects of construction projects, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, vendors, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative and organizational needs of assigned construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, schedules, contracts, and other project documentation.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain project documents, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project correspondence.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall project progress.
  • Review project financials and assist with tracking committed costs, actual costs, and projected costs.
  • Communicate project updates, issues, and changes to management and project stakeholders.
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination and procurement of materials and services.
  • Identify potential project issues and work proactively to develop solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records from project start through completion.
  • Assist with project closeout, including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and final project requirements.
  • Attend project meetings and maintain clear communication between the office and field.
  • Ensure projects are being managed in accordance with company standards, contractual requirements, and applicable safety expectations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction project management or construction administration preferred, specifically drywall, metal framing, and ACT.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes and terminology preferred.
