Crossroads YMCA in Crown Point, IN is seeking a part-time Member Engagement Center Agent to handle high-volume inbound calls, provide accurate information on memberships and services, and assist members with billing questions.
You will conduct outbound welcome calls, promote programs, document interactions, and support retention initiatives while upholding YMCA values. In-office role with minimum 18 hours per week; prior CSR and CRM experience preferred.
