We are seeking a BIM CAD Detailer who will be responsible for all design-related activities including architectural support services, renderings, structural engineering support, and BOM creation for our projects. You will also be involved in new product design and product improvement.

Responsibilities:

Draft detailed plans, prepare bills of materials (BOMs), and develop connection details and drawings using 3D CAD or Revit

Create 3D models/renderings for architectural concept presentation

Collaborate with external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and contractors

Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy & completeness

Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to resolve field issues and provide technical support as needed

Participate in design reviews, quality control processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years experience and proficiency working with 3D modeling software
5+ years experience in BIM
Formal training of architectural design standards & best practices
Verbal and written communication skills
Experience with aluminum extrusions
