Physician - Gastroenterology

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our busy practice in Crown Point, IN located at Franciscan Health Crown Point and meet the growing demand for services in northern Indiana. WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Time will be split between clinic and hospital
• Call: 1:4, split among physicians
• Average outpatient volume: 15-20 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: varies
• Average procedures performed daily: 20 + per day
• Telehealth visits offered
• Strong mentorship focus
• Strong APP support

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
