Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location:
Crown Point, Indiana
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Days, with weekend hours required every other weekend.
Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will be responsible for providing evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for a diverse adult patient population, including those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and other neurological disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
- Administer therapy modalities and interventions effectively.
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to provide cohesive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant setting is preferred.
