Full Time, $90,000 – $120,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus About All City Adjusting

All City Adjusting is a growing public adjusting firm specializing in large residential and commercial property losses. We work directly for policyholders to maximize claim outcomes and deliver best-in-­class results on complex insurance claims. Our team handles major fire, water, storm, and structural losses, with a strong focus on large-­loss reconstruction estimating, carrier negotiations, and full claim resolution. We are committed to excellence, speed, and creating exceptional outcomes for both our clients and our team.

• Current experience as a Large Loss Estimator in the insurance restoration, public adjusting, or disaster restoration industry
• 10+ years of experience writing reconstruction estimates
• Highly proficient in Xactimate
• Experienced in supplements, scope negotiations, and carrier communications
• Detail-­oriented, dependable, and able to work well with adjusters, contractors, carriers, and clients

• Write accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate and Symbility
• Handle average residential and commercial losses exceeding $100,000
• Review inspections, photos, reports, and contractor scopes to create complete estimate packages
• Conduct occasional site visits and re-­inspections when necessary
• Clearly communicate with carriers, insureds, contractors, and adjusters regarding scope, pricing, and expectations
• Manage supplements, revisions, and change orders efficiently
• Ensure all claim files are properly documented and updated
• Meet service-­level expectations and maintain high standards of client experience
• Support operational goals including estimate turnaround time, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Handle a high volume of estimates while maintaining speed and accuracy
