Supply Chain Analyst

Overview

Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Duration: 6 Months (With Possibility of Extension/Conversion)
Location: Crown Point, IN
Pay Range: $18 - $20/Hr

• Analyze inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply chain performance — identify targets for improvement in transactional and operations efficiencies.
• Monitor and optimize inventory stock levels and cycle counts.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Create reports and dashboards for inventory metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with metering centers, 3PLs, vendors, and supply chain teams.
• Analyze data to improve inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
• Support inventory planning and procurement decisions.
• Perform weekly cycle counts including weekly onsite reviews.
• Investigate root causes of inventory variances.
• Implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.
• Monitor and execute daily transactions in WMS/ERP system to support operational success and efficiencies.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Assist with JIRA ticket resolutions.

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or relevant fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau working knowledge a plus.
• Experience with inventory WMS and ERPs.
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged.

• Experience with Oracle - understand data/dashboards.

• SQL knowledge.
