As a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide
, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and hygienic setting for our residents—supporting their quality of life and everyday well-being.
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces daily
- Follow all infection prevention and control protocols in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Replenish supplies including soap, paper products, and cleaning materials
- Properly handle, transport, and dispose of waste and soiled materials
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with nursing and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred- but we are willing to invest in those new to the field
- Ability to work independently and follow structured cleaning schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
