Furnace Operator; Experienced

Position: Furnace Operator (Experienced)
Our company is seeking an experienced Melter/Furnace Operators multiple shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for melting and pouring aluminum and magnesium into sand molds, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

We offer competitive pay, a 20% shift differential for the 9am-5:30pm shift, and an excellent benefits package.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pouring or foundry work
• Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Salary Description

Up to $28.00 per hour based on experience
