** What You’ll Do
*** Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed packaging equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.
* Complete emergency repairs, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
* Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
* Evaluate packaging line performance and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
* Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate calibrations or validations with contractors as assigned.
* Support facility maintenance needs, including structural and exterior repairs, and assist with complex maintenance projects.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred.
* Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food production.
* Strong working knowledge of equipment controls, manufacturing technologies, and power tools.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and exercise sound judgment when responding to issues.
* High school diploma or GED required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge preferred.

Work Environment Requirements
*** Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms, with occasional sitting and reaching.
* Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and perform tasks at elevated heights when required.
* Exposure to wet or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and moderate to loud noise levels.
* Daily work in a refrigerated production environment.
