Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Salary range: $30 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic considerations.

• Maintain and repair all production equipment and industrial facility.
• Work independently and as a team member.
• Assist production in manufacturing on an as-needed basis.
• Update and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Maintain work area in 5S condition.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-4 years of related experience and/or training in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills.
• Excellent written, reading comprehension, and math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematic drawings.
• Direct knowledge of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining pumps, mixers, and processing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Problem‑solving skills.
• Conduit bending, stick welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding.
• Cutting torch and pipe threading.
• Previous experience within the ink industry.
