Production Supervisor

Shift Information

Second Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM. Mandatory overtime on Saturdays from 3:00PM – 11:30PM.

Shift differential: $1.50 per hour.

Expected Pay Range: $29.33 – $34.00 per hour.

Bonus:
Possible supplemental compensation based on individual and company performance metrics.

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities for the assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Monitor operations to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety concerns and incidents during the shift, escalating issues as needed.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to support sanitation, food safety, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ensure all production and quality documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and daily work direction.

• At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; four‑year degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing and automation experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
