Dalcassians Manufacturing has an onsite Shop/General Labor open position. We are looking for a dependable, hard worker with a good and 'can-do' attitude, who is wanting to be a key part of our team. Cannot be afraid of getting dirty. This is not a remote position. Candidate MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE. No Relocation Assistance provided if out of state.

Production Support:

• Assist with production processes, including assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance.

Material Handling:

• Load and unload materials, parts, and products from trucks, pallets, or conveyors.
• Move and stack materials according to safety guidelines and instructions.
• Assist with inventory management and organization.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.

Shop Maintenance and Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Clean machinery and equipment.
• Dispose of waste materials properly.

Other Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Work as part of a team to achieve production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of shop equipment and safety practices.
• Ability to read basic instructions, work orders, and follow directions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be willing to take drug test prior to hiring.
• Must be able to work overtime as required or assigned. (Rarely)

• Job Type: Full Time - 7 paid holidays
• Hourly Pay Range: starting at $18.00
• Work hours are Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:30pm
