- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Direct, support, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants
- Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers per facility policy
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Ensure medication administration complies with all policies and procedures
- Conduct daily rounds and make priority-based decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities
